Leadership Training Programs

What Color is Your Leadership?

In this workshop we explore a model of leadership by first going through a process of self examination (colors assessment) that will be different for each participant. We then use this “new” knowledge to facilitate a “better” workplace and we decide in the workshop what “better” is. In my opinion this is one-half of the major challenge of the 21st century workplace for leaders; the art of critical self-examination. The other half is then using that knowledge to engage, motivate and inspire others as a team to new heights. This workshop will upbeat, engaging, and filled with educational resources that supervisors will be able to take and apply immediately. We will use role plays and exercises to reinforce the course content.

Effective Leadership for Teachers

Leading and managing the work of teachers is a complex job with unrelenting pressures. Teachers and parents must balance the demands of work with the needs of learners, and are often tempted to ignore the needs in the process.
This seminar is designed to establish a foundation of skills and knowledge for those individuals who teach as it relates to leadership. The session is based on the idea of a shared and collaborative work environment. Seasoned professional educators teamed with others to create a revolutionary technique to boost learning and yield better results.
